Chocolate World!!!

We went to Hershey Pennsylvania last week for play group! There was a little ride that we got to go on (Over and Over and Over!) It was a ride that shows how they make their chocolate! They have singing cows that sing "Hershey's chocolate!" over and over. Kaleigh absolutely loved it! I have been hearing about the singing and dancing cows ever since. Kal also tells me that "she likes chocolate," a couple times a day!

Freedom!

So glad that there is more to life than potty training and having picnics with Mickey, Minnie, Mr. Bear, Aligator, Baby, Elmo and Dogs! We have been trapped in our home with all this snow! Luckily, we are free again and it has been great!
I guess being stuck in doors was good for two things though... She is doing AWESOME with the potty training and knows all of her different foods!

We finally got the chance to use our new sled that my parents got Trev for Christmas a few years ago! We took Kaleigh to a school nearby and thought she would love the sled! Boy were we wrong. She hated it! I think it was a little too fast and bumpy for her. She does love walking in and eating the snow though!

What a man! Since we don't have a snow shovel, Trev used our dust pan to make a trail for us to get outside of our apartment!

The big 2!

Look what Kal got for her Birthday!!!
Potty Training! I am a little nervous about this! Any advice would be great! I have heard so many different ways to try it, and also heard that if it goes bad at first it could become a much more difficult thing!

We took Kal to a blow up toy place to celebrate her 2nd Birthday! She LOVED LOVED LOVED it! She asks almost every day if we can go jump and slide! She is one brave little girl too. She never cared for us to be with her. She enjoyed it if we were, but would have gone either way!
I also had to experience my first time of having to pay for her for something. Ouch!

Vacation Fun!

Although we spent most of our Christmas vacation taking turns being sick, we had a lot of fun times too!

Hanging out with SUPERBRAD! (Uncle Brad) Kal always starts out being a little nervous around this guy (kinda intimidating looking for a kid probably!), but ends up loving him!

Going to the cabin and making a snowman with Daddy! Then we have to sing ONCE THERE WAS A SNOWMAN a million times after!

Trev hot tubing with the brother-in-laws! Always fun to be so warm in the hot tub when it is FREEZING cold outside!

Every year my brothers and good friends get a city team together! Trev had fun playing on it again!

Our Christmas and New Years!

Our Christmas Day! Spending time with both of our families was so much fun!

My mom made us this awesome marble game, and we have become obsessed with it! Trev's family really got hooked on it too.
We had fun at my grandparents on New Years Eve! It was fun to see my child being the one playing the games and hitting the pinata. Brought back a lot of memories for me of when I was the one doing it all those years growing up!

Another Girl!

It's another girl and we are sooooo excited!
We couldn't wait to come back home to Baltimore to find out what we are having! We wanted to be home with our families and be able to tell them in person. So...we went and got an ultrasound done and the outcome is more pink! I am totally surprised, but excited. I thought it would be a boy with how different my pregnancy has been compared to Kaleigh's. Good thing you never get sick of dressing up your little girls uh? So fun!

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!!!

I was on the phone with my mom the other day telling her I was jelous it was snowing in Utah and that I wanted some snow out here in Baltimore! Well, I got my wish! It Snowed! Kaleigh and I immediately ran outside to play. She loved it, and after about a half an hour in the freezing cold when our hands were bright red and numb and our shoes and socks soaking wet, I had to carry her inside kicking and screaming the whole way! Why do children not notice the weather?
(Anyway, the next morning when we had to go outside and scrape our windows in the icy cold weather, I changed my mind about wanting snow!)

Kal's favorite things...

Helping daddy and mommy workout! If we are working out on the floor, she has to lay down as well. If we are standing up doing different exercises, she is up jumping all over the place laughing her head off!
Mickey and Minnie! We can't do anything without these two. I am starting to feel like I have three children because we have to change their diapers (and use wipes), feed them, put them to sleep and what ever else Kal comes up with.

Kal's new obsession in life is the movie Lion King! (Daddy's favorite too!) She now goes around the house finding her little friends and sets them up along the couch then asks me to start her movie!

My good friend Summer gave us their kitchen! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I have so much more freedom now! The only problem is... she is starting to get food out of the real kitchen to bring into her pretend one! She loves when her friends (or seminary students) play with her!

Science Center!

We went to the Science Center for Playgroup! It was a lot of fun! There are a lot of fun places I still need to see at the Inner Harbor!

Baby!

I was so relieved to have our first ultrasound and see our little baby in there! I keep forgetting I am pregnant. With Kaleigh, I had a constant reminder because I was so sick. I have had absolutely no sickness with this one! This makes me think it is a boy!
